Our policies are designed to ensure fairness for all clients and to help us provide the highest quality of service. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Cancellation

We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client who may be on our waiting list.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice: You will be charged the full price of the scheduled service.

  • No-shows: Clients who do not show up for a scheduled appointment without any notification will be charged the full price of the service.

  • Exception: We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible if an unforeseen circumstance prevents you from making your appointment.

No-refund packages

Our packages are designed to provide a discounted rate for our loyal clients. Once a package is purchased, it is non-refundable.

  • Transferable: You are welcome to transfer your package sessions to a friend or family member. Simply contact us with their name and they can use the credits toward their own sessions.

  • Never Expire: We believe in the long-term benefits of regular therapy. Your package sessions will never expire, so you can use them at your own pace whenever you are ready.

late arrivals

We are committed to providing you with the full, restorative time you have booked. Our schedule is carefully managed to ensure each client receives the attention they deserve.

  • If you arrive late for your appointment, your session will still end at the scheduled time to avoid delaying the next client.

  • The full price of the scheduled service will be charged, regardless of the shortened session time. We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes early to allow time for check-in and to begin your therapy on time.
