Cancellation Policy
Our Cancellation Policies We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. It is our desire to be effective and fair to all clients. In this effort, we strictly adhere to the following policies: 48 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 48 hours advance notice you will be charged 50% of your scheduled services. This amount will be charged to you the day of your scheduled appointment. No-shows Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason without giving prior notice will be considered a “no-show.” No shows will be charged 100% of scheduled services for their “missed” appointment. Fee will be billed on the scheduled appointment date. If using a coupon deal, special promotion offer or gift certificate, voucher will be redeemed and forfeited. Cancelations made one hour prior to the scheduled appointment time will be considered a 'NO SHOW' and will be billed accordingly. Late Arrivals If you arrive late for any reason, your session will be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, we reserve the right to determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. If it is determined that there isn't enough time to start a treatment, the appointment will be considered a "no-show". Regardless of the length of the treatment given, you agree that you are responsible and will be charged for 100% of your scheduled services. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other guest(s), please plan accordingly and be on time for your appointment.
